Arguably the "greatest rock guitarist" of all time, he inspired countless guitar players and is among the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century.[1][2] He released 4 albums before suffering an untimely death at the age of 27 and was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Jimi Hendrix Experience.
